Jean Akers is a 21 years old girl who’s currently attending Pacific Lutheran University. She’s half Japanese and Half American, thus giving her the face of an American with a white Japanese skin. She often tidied her tails in a twin ponytail fashion, but lately, she lets her shoulder length black hair flow straight. She always like respected pregnant woman and how they’re bringing new life to earth and she wondered how it would feel to be one. She sets a time on a Saturday out to the VR Center to spend the whole afternoon being pregnant and give birth.
Jean entered the VR Center in Seattle’s Chinatown. Her mouth is still a bit greasy from eating Kau Kau’s crispy pork and rice. It was one of the more known food of Chinatown. As she entered, she went to the water dispenser for water to cleanse her mouth. The VR Center is pretty crowded with men and women, ranging from probably 15-60. Once she felt better, she went to the receptionist. The woman behind the desk was a black haired woman, slightly taller than her. She’s just finished with a call. As Jean approached the desk, she could see the nametag, “Casey”
“Hi. I believe I’ve reserved a room. It’s under the name Jean Akers.” Jean said.
“Oh, I think we do have… Here it is. Perfect timing. The room is ready. Follow me.” Casey said as she retrieved the online form and then led Jean to the room in the fifth floor.
Casey and Jean reached the 5th floor and walked to the room 5-9. As they walked, they could hear men and women screaming.
“Wow. I’d presume they’re doing the same thing as what I’m going to do? And why the hell are the men doing it?” Jean asked.
“Probably, most request on 5th floor are pregnancy and birth today. Yes, the men are usually maesiophiliac or people who find pregnancy and birth as erotic. Believe it or not, ever since last week, the men to women request ratio is 3 to 2. Guess the simulation experience was worth, as some men returned to do it again.” Casey explained.

Jean and Casey entered room 5-9 to find a woman there, the simulation operator. The woman wore a lab coat, covering her Star Wars T-shirt.
“Dr. Kayla, this is Jean, our next client. Jean, this is Dr. Kayla. She will be your operator for the simulation. Here’s the form, Dr. Kayla. I’ll leave you two alone.” Casey said as she left Jean and Dr. Kayla alone.
“So, what brings you here Jean?” Dr. Kayla said.
“Well, I’ve always liked and respected pregnant women, but at the same time, I’m pretty curious and I’ve always wondered what it feels like. That’s all.” Jean explained.
“Well, here it’s all about satisfying those curiosity. Now, let’s see. You want to have a twin pregnancy with a ball shaped pregnant belly, which means round. The twins will be overdue and big sized and it will be a slow birth over the course of 6 hours. That’s quite a challenge. You even created a timetable for how it will spread out, so I presume I’ll just follow the timestamp here? Is there anything I miss?” Dr. Kayla said, describing the form.
“Oh, I didn’t write it, but is it possible to have a virtual lingerie during the simulation? I kind of have a weak spot for pregnant women who wore that. Yes, just follow the timestamp. I prefer my time to be uninterrupted.” Jean said.
“Done and done. Also, note that I can make changes later on. Don’t worry. Now, put these on the temple, while I set the room.” Dr. Kayla said as she gave a metal that looked like quarter shaped watch battery and then left to the room on the other side.
Jean placed it on the determined position and felt a tingling shock in her bones. Jean looked around the white walled room, getting to know to the surroundings. There’s a queen size bed and… that’s it.
“Are you ready, Jean?” Dr. Kayla said.
“Yes.” Jean said.
“All right then. First, let’s change the scenery.” Dr. Kayla said as she fiddled with the simulation machine.
Jean felt a bit of nausea as the room changed form. It turned into a cozy house, full with labor tools, like birthing stool, birthing seat and birth ball. There’s a big mirror in front of the bed and there’s a circle window outside, leading to a garden full of sakura trees. There’s also, a wardrobe, filled with lingerie and clothes.
After Jean regained her balance, she removed her One Piece T-Shirt and Jeans and her lingerie as well. There she was, naked, showing her 38C breast, which will grew exponentially. She went to the wardrobe, trying to find good lingerie. She tried lingerie, lace lingerie, nightie lingerie and babydoll lingerie. But then, she got eye on gown lingerie. The gown was white, it has a cami top and covered her breast, but what sealed the deal was that the gown split from the belly. The gown ended halfway through her thighs and has matching small panties. Jean imagined the view would be amazing if she used this.
“All right then. There, all set.” Jean said as she stood in front of the mirror.
“Okay, then. Enjoy the pregnancy.” Dr. Kayla said as she initiated the growth.
Soon enough, Jean felt something inside her, growing; the twin babies. On the form, she chose to have the pregnancy grew 1 month/minute, so she should be full term 9-10 minutes later.
Her belly started to protrude out of her; slowly as the twin babies grew. The pregnancy growth was super natural, which was amazing. Every minute, her belly grew bigger and bigger.
By 5 minutes, she’s 5 months pregnant. Her belly was big enough to look 6 or 7 months pregnant with a single baby. Her breast grew big as well, probably will be 38DD by full term. Jean held her lower belly, leaving the center of the growing belly exposed, which is a beautiful sight.
Her belly grew perfectly, as there are no stretch marks, although the blood veins became visible as her belly grew. She felt the babies kicking inside her as she reached the third trimester.
Finally, Jean is at full term pregnancy, although she’s 40 weeks pregnant with twins, which is WAY past overdue. Her belly is completely round and protruding out. Jean got tired after standing too long, so she sat on the bed, enjoying her twin pregnancy. Her belly was so big that it touched a third of her thighs. Her breath was heavy as the baby took a lot of space inside her. She passed her time feeling the whole pregnancy. She lay down on the bed sideways, feeling that it’s very uncomfortable sleeping with these two kicking around. She lay on her back, only to see her pregnant belly towering over her. Getting up was also difficult, with the belly limiting her movement. Jean eventually got out of bed after a minute or two.
Jean waddled around the room, carrying her belly, while doing hand movement unto her belly. She rubbed it with one finger, rubbing her side belly, every hand motion you could think of. She went back to the mirror to see herself again. Her belly had dropped sometime before. Her perfectly round belly dropped noticeably. Looking at her being pregnant like this and felt how it’s like to be pregnant. All this experience made her respect pregnant women much more.
“I garner respect to them, but after being one, I respect them even more.” Jean said.
She passed some time being heavily pregnant like that. She started feeling some faint contraction, the Braxton-Hicks contraction. Her belly would tense a bit, although it didn’t hurt her in a slightest. Despite being big like this, Jean actually enjoyed being like this.
Then, she felt pain on her belly; the sensation of being squeezed hard. Jean entered labor phase. She stumbled a bit, trying to endure the contraction. Her belly tightened, shrinking her belly, showing the outline of the womb. Jean could feel the babies ramming the cervix as the contraction goes on. It lasted a minute, before it subsided.
“That hurts, a lot.” Jean said. Another contraction hits her later on, much more painful than before. Jean moaned as she tried to cope with the pain. She rubbed her belly, feeling the hardness of it. The contraction lasted more than a minute.
Once subsided, Jean went to the mirror, using her free time to see her pregnant self. The whole labor process was very painful. Jean always thought the pain was exaggerated, but as she went through the process herself, she thought that even the exaggerated pain was an understatement. Jean endured the whole first stage of labor for an hour or so.
After a while, she gained another contraction, worse than before. She moaned louder and grunted, as the contraction was getting unbearable. While dealing with the contraction Jean felt something flowing inside her; clear fluid coming out of her like a breached dam. Her water broke. In the last seconds of the contraction, Jean could feel the baby’s starting to move to the birth canal slowly. It’s coming.
With the contraction going away, Jean waddled back to the mirror and kneeled, prepared to give birth. Despite sitting in front of the mirror, she still couldn’t see the opening due to her big belly. Her hands are able to reach the vagina, though.
“Dr. Kayla, I need light so I can see my vagina as I give birth. I also need a way to see my vagina clearly.” Jean asked the operator. Soon enough, a light shone below her, not bright enough to blind someone, but dim enough for Jean to be able to see what’s going on. Jean realized that her panties are still attached, so she removed it. Then, something happened to her vision. She had a square imagery on the bottom right corner, looking straight into her vagina. She closed her eyes, preparing herself mentally. The imagery’s still visible to her, despite having her eyes closed.
Jean reached down to her vagina and fingered it, feeling the baby’s head once the index finger is fully in.
A contraction hits and Jean felt the overwhelming pressure, urging her to push. As she pushed, she could feel the baby’s head moving through the birth canal unto the opening. She pushed for 2 minutes, before the contraction subsided. Despite the long push she did, the baby barely budged. When Jean opened her vagina again, the baby’s head is nearer than before.
“This is going to be a while.” Jean said.
Another contraction hits and she pushed again. The baby’s movement was slow but Jean could feel every inch of her baby’s moving. As the contraction ended, a tiny circle of the baby’s head is visible now. She touched it and it relieved her.
Another contraction and Jean pushed again. The baby’s head is getting nearer and nearer to the opening, but as the contraction ended, it slipped back in to where it was before. This happened for next 10 minutes.
Jean pushed as a new contraction came and finally, the head began to crown. Despite the hard pushes, the baby’s head only slowly crowning. It even receded back in to before it began to crown. Still, Jean was relentless on pushing, no matter how long it will take. The ring of fire burned her energy as well, but Jean managed to endure the burning pain on top of the contraction pain. After every contraction, Jean would rub the baby’s head to lighten her mood, as if she’s giving birth in real life.
After another 20 minutes or so, Jean finally managed to push the baby out into a full crown. The ring of fire burned her opening, like a wildfire. As she pushed in the next contraction, the baby wouldn’t budge and between the contractions it could slip back in. Jean struggled to get the baby’s head out of her.
After 20 minutes of struggling to get the baby pass full crowning, Jean finally managed to get through. The baby’s forehead managed to be out of her, although as Jean pushed, the baby wouldn’t budged at all. The baby didn’t slip back in, thankfully, only stuck at the forehead. The ring of fire is at maximum peak in terms of pain. She tried pushing as a new contraction came, but the baby barely moved at all, although the baby was very close to fully emerging out of her. Still, she pushed as if the next contraction would release the baby’s head. Occasionally, Jean would rub the baby’s head to gain encouragement.
After relentlessly pushing for 30 minutes, the baby’s head finally out. Jean was relieved as she cupped the baby’s head with her hands. Feeling the baby’s head between her thighs was magical, albeit weird. As a new contraction came, Jean pushed again, but was met again with getting the baby stuck. Jean pushed, but the baby didn’t advance at all. Jean got tired of kneeling, so she waddled around the room, trying to get comfortable while the baby’s head is dangling between her legs. Standing up, Jean saw how weird it is if people see her like this.
Jean tried new positions. She tried the birthing stool and pushed, but she wasn’t comfortable enough. The same can be said for the birthing seat. She eventually tried standing. She pushed down, but met with no progress. Jean tried squatting, while holding on the bed’s footboard, but it was tiresome. The baby’s head is getting very uncomfortable for her and yet, Jean’s expression said that she enjoyed giving birth.
Jean finally found a good position. She went to the bed and went on all fours, while her body leaned on the headboard. The imagery switched position to be roughly behind her right butt, giving a good angle of the baby’s head. Jean cupped her right hand to the baby’s head again, while waiting for the contraction that will release the baby.
40 minutes passed after Jean changed position. The urge to push was stronger this time and she pushed hard. The baby finally slipped out and Jean could feel the second one already slipping its way through the birth canal. The first baby cried and Jean quickly tend him as she got not much time before the second started appearing from her vagina. The first baby stopped crying as he was covered in a towel and placed near the headboard.
Jean touched her belly, feeling the contraction taking over her and she pushed. This time around the baby moved very slowly, probably only millimeters, but Jean could feel the progress. The contraction was on top of each other and Jean was given no room to breathe. She pushed while feeling the baby making it’s way through. Jean thought this birth will be quicker than the first one, but she was wrong, as the birth canal and the vagina ‘reset’ for multiple births.
10 minutes later, the head finally appeared from the lips, although it’s a small circle. Jean kept pushing while her right fingers touched the baby’s head. She could feel every push slowly pushing her fingers back as the baby sluggishly crowning. After 5 minutes of pushing, the head started to crown. Jean kept pushing for 5 minutes, which is when the ring of fire burned her vagina again.
10 minutes after the burning pain occurred, Jean’s second baby is fully crowning. The burn was intense as Jean hesitated to push. She didn’t want to deal with it again, but she has to. She didn’t push much for 10 minutes or so until she strengthen her fortitude and started pushing again. The next contractions were god awful as her pushes seemed useless. The baby’s close to not budging at all. Still, Jean pushed as she could feel the baby’s slowly coming.
20 minutes later, Jean’s effort was worth, as the baby’s forehead just appeared. Jean was glad that she’s getting close, but then, behind the scene, Dr. Kayla, who had observed Jean for the past 5 hours, played a bit of a twist, which was Jean’s final preferences. Dr. Kayla twists a knob counter clockwise and Jean was in a one insane pain. The baby that was close to emerging suddenly slipped back in, like the womb is sucking the baby back in. Jean felt the pain as the baby went back inside her until the baby’s back in the womb, just at the tip of the cervix. Jean could only gapped her mouth trying to endure the pain.
The scene resets. Jean pushed the baby from the birth canal again, although the process was twice faster than before. In 5 minutes, the baby started to appear and in 10 minutes, the baby is fully crowning. 15 minutes after that, the forehead appeared again. Jean was back to where she were before the reset happened. She started pushing again, although the forehead barely budged. Jean was relentless as she almost saw the light at the end of the tunnel. She kept pushing while cupping the baby’s head with her right hand.
15 minutes after the relentless pushing, after the ears and nose came out, the baby’s head finally appeared. Jean was relieved that the final phase is at hand. Jean pushed to get the baby out. Jean let go of her hand and knelt at the bed; both hands holding the baby’s head as she pulled the baby and her body pushing the baby’s body. Slowly, the shoulder came out and the rest of the body came out after 15 minutes of final pushing.
Jean was extremely glad the birth was over. As she lifted the baby, the room shimmered back to its original simulation room. There Jean knelt at the bed, naked and thin again. Her clothes were in the corner of the room. Dr. Kayla came into the room again as Jean get dressed.
“Congratulations on finishing the simulation. Sorry about the sudden unbirth.” Dr. Kayla said to Jean.
“Thanks. The whole thing was beyond real. Although, why the heck did you do that? I mean. I did order a surprise in my preference, but that’s one crazy surprise. I thought the stuck baby head was a surprise enough!” Jean ranted.
“Hah. Stuck baby head is pretty common these days, but not unbirths. Now, here, drink this. It’s water.” Dr. Kayla said as she passed a 2L bottled water to Jean.
“Whatevs.” Jean said. She grabbed the bottled water and drank it. As she drank it, she realized that she was really thirsty and ended up finishing the whole bottle in one go.
“Much better.” Jean said.
“Are you glad you did the simulation?” Dr. Kayla asked.
“Yes. Experiencing being pregnant gave a whole new meaning of carrying your child.” Jean said.
“Well, then. All is set. Wish to see you again.” Dr. Kayla said.
“Yeah. I might come back again some time.” Jean said as she left the room.

After every contraction, Jean would rub the baby’s head to lighten her mood, as if she’s giving birth in real life.

After another 20 minutes or so, Jean finally managed to push the baby out into a full crown. The ring of fire burned her opening, like a wildfire. As she pushed in the next contraction, the baby wouldn’t budge and between the contractions it could slip back in. Jean struggled to get the baby’s head out of her.

After 20 minutes of struggling to get the baby pass full crowning, Jean finally managed to get through. The baby’s forehead managed to be out of her, although as Jean pushed, the baby wouldn’t budged at all. The baby didn’t slip back in, thankfully, only stuck at the forehead. The ring of fire is at maximum peak in terms of pain. She tried pushing as a new contraction came, but the baby barely moved at all, although the baby was very close to fully emerging out of her. Still, she pushed as if the next contraction would release the baby’s head. Occasionally, Jean would rub the baby’s head to gain encouragement.

After relentlessly pushing for 30 minutes, the baby’s head finally out. Jean was relieved as she cupped the baby’s head with her hands. Feeling the baby’s head between her thighs was magical, albeit weird. As a new contraction came, Jean pushed again, but was met again with getting the baby stuck. Jean pushed, but the baby didn’t advance at all. Jean got tired of kneeling, so she waddled around the room, trying to get comfortable while the baby’s head is dangling between her legs. Standing up, Jean saw how weird it is if people see her like this.

Jean tried new positions. She tried the birthing stool and pushed, but she wasn’t comfortable enough. The same can be said for the birthing seat. She eventually tried standing. She pushed down, but met with no progress. Jean tried squatting, while holding on the bed’s footboard, but it was tiresome. The baby’s head is getting very uncomfortable for her and yet, Jean’s expression said that she enjoyed giving birth.

Jean finally found a good position. She went to the bed and went on all fours, while her body leaned on the headboard. The imagery switched position to be roughly behind her right butt, giving a good angle of the baby’s head. Jean cupped her right hand to the baby’s head again, while waiting for the contraction that will release the baby.

40 minutes passed after Jean changed position. The urge to push was stronger this time and she pushed hard.  The baby finally slipped out and Jean could feel the second one already slipping its way through the birth canal. The first baby cried and Jean quickly tend him as she got not much time before the second started appearing from her vagina. The first baby stopped crying as he was covered in a towel and placed near the headboard.

Jean touched her belly, feeling the contraction taking over her and she pushed. This time around the baby moved very slowly, probably only millimeters, but Jean could feel the progress. The contraction was on top of each other and Jean was given no room to breathe.  She pushed while feeling the baby making it’s way through. Jean thought this birth will be quicker than the first one, but she was wrong, as the birth canal and the vagina ‘reset’ for multiple births.

10 minutes later, the head finally appeared from the lips, although it’s a small circle.  Jean kept pushing while her right fingers touched the baby’s head.  She could feel every push slowly pushing her fingers back as the baby sluggishly crowning. After 5 minutes of pushing, the head started to crown. Jean kept pushing for 5 minutes, which is when the ring of fire burned her vagina again.

10 minutes after the burning pain occurred, Jean’s second baby is fully crowning. The burn was intense as Jean hesitated to push. She didn’t want to deal with it again, but she has to. She didn’t push much for 10 minutes or so until she strengthen her fortitude and started pushing again. The next contractions were god awful as her pushes seemed useless. The baby’s close to not budging at all. Still, Jean pushed as she could feel the baby’s slowly coming.

20 minutes later, Jean’s effort was worth, as the baby’s forehead just appeared. Jean was glad that she’s getting close, but then, behind the scene, Dr. Kayla, who had observed Jean for the past 5 hours, played a bit of a twist, which was Jean’s final preferences. Dr. Kayla twists a knob counter clockwise and Jean was in a one insane pain. The baby that was close to emerging suddenly slipped back in, like the womb is sucking the baby back in. Jean felt the pain as the baby went back inside her until the baby’s back in the womb, just at the tip of the cervix. Jean could only gapped her mouth trying to endure the pain.

The scene resets. Jean pushed the baby from the birth canal again, although the process was twice faster than before. In 5 minutes, the baby started to appear and in 10 minutes, the baby is fully crowning. 15 minutes after that, the forehead appeared again. Jean was back to where she were before the reset happened. She started pushing again, although the forehead barely budged. Jean was relentless as she almost saw the light at the end of the tunnel. She kept pushing while cupping the baby’s head with her right hand. 
15 minutes after the relentless pushing, after the ears and nose came out, the baby’s head finally appeared. Jean was relieved that the final phase is at hand. Jean pushed to get the baby out. Jean let go of her hand and knelt at the bed; both hands holding the baby’s head as she pulled the baby and her body pushing the baby’s body. Slowly, the shoulder came out and the rest of the body came out after 15 minutes of final pushing.

Jean was extremely glad the birth was over. As she lifted the baby, the room shimmered back to its original simulation room. There Jean knelt at the bed, naked and thin again. Her clothes were in the corner of the room. Dr. Kayla came into the room again as Jean get dressed.

“Congratulations on finishing the simulation. Sorry about the sudden unbirth.” Dr. Kayla said to Jean.

“Thanks. The whole thing was beyond real. Although, why the heck did you do that? I mean. I did order a surprise in my preference, but that’s one crazy surprise. I thought the stuck baby head was a surprise enough!” Jean ranted.

“Hah. Stuck baby head is pretty common these days, but not unbirths. Now, here, drink this. It’s water.” Dr. Kayla said as she passed a 2L bottled water to Jean.

“Whatevs.” Jean said. She grabbed the bottled water and drank it. As she drank it, she realized that she was really thirsty and ended up finishing the whole bottle in one go.

“Much better.” Jean said.

“Are you glad you did the simulation?” Dr. Kayla asked.

“Yes. Experiencing being pregnant gave a whole new meaning of carrying your child.” Jean said.

“Well, then. All is set. Wish to see you again.” Dr. Kayla said.

“Yeah. I might come back again some time.” Jean said as she left the room.
